LIVE: Massive gap on earnings today. Couldn’t hold a bid and started to unwind EOD. Looking to short all pops risk on $25 for the swing. Wish I was more aggressive on this one today, but the low float scared me. Better safe than sorry.
LINU: No borrow for me today. I’m sure I would’ve been early shorting it if I had the borrow. Big volume today. looking for a gap up and shove on $4.00 for the short, or weak open risk $2.70s for the long. I won’t chase weakness on this. It has not been a rewarding market for shorts lately so I have been testing longs on some of these plays.
WATT: EVERYONE wants to nail the short on this which has me VERY afraid. ALL TIME HIGHS coupled with a 27% short float means it WILL NOT come down easy. The real unwind will happen when EVERYONE STOPS LOOKING AT IT. Will likely be very choppy and need a $35.00-$40.00 blowoff before it starts to come in.
