TCTM will be my main watch for liquidity trap tomorrow. Can’t force it but what I’ll be looking for is to position in vs the low 60s and wait for its to get close to a trigger area and speed up. The timing is always the toughest part of a liquidity trap so the main thing is waiting for the most common days when they trigger (usually 2-5 days after the initial run up with large volume) and then just look for the signs that it’s building and there is a buyer in the tape. Positioning in vs a level and either adding to it as it triggers or having a tight stop and waiting for some action are all ways to play them. If and when it triggers I think it could run well past $1 so i’ll be looking at the volume during the squeeze to keep me on track. The price often mirrors the volume during squeezes so that’s why it’s helpful.
