Video Scan: Stocks To Watch For November 4, 2024

by | Nov 3, 2024

Hey everyone. Welcome back to another Sunday Scan. HUGE week ahead with the election, so let’s get focused and dialed in. We will review some charts and then Judah will share some main watches later on.

New Trading Takes episode just dropped so make sure to check it out. Nate, Stan, Pradeep, and Gregg give some great advice and lessons to the audience. Worth the watch.

Video Scan and Game Plan

The Playback

DJT great example of a squeeze and capitulation into a key area before a mean reversion trade back down.

SMCI recap of news and why it is so impactful and why it takes away many layers of demand if it gets blacklisted from analysts and exchanges.

TNX big moves in bond yields into the election and that can weigh on stocks in the near term.

TLT same thought as TNX, just the bonds instead of the yields.

CVNA earnings winner and blow off before a mean reversion trade back down that Stan caught.

MSTR great Friday mover in this market especially with BTC volatility.

VSTE liquidity trap recap and review in the video.

Main Watches

AVXL flagging and on watch for a breakout.

PLBY building and looking for possible trend join for a breakout with a recent catalyst.

DJT on watch for possible bounce trade into the election off the mid-28s if it finds support and a higher low.

LUNR on watch for continuation and breakout if it tightens up and grinds higher.

UAVS consolidating and volume drying up so possibly a version of a liquidity trap on watch.

INDO looking for possible trend join higher if it starts to build.

IBRX watching 5.35 level to build and then trend higher possibly.

RDDT delayed reaction breakout if it gets over 114ish level and gets volume to the upside.

FUTU possible watch for a bounce in the upcoming week if any of the China names get bid.

SMCI looking for upcoming news and possible bounce trade but it has to be news-related and not just technical. Need the company to either announce it found another auditor or it needs to explain why the old one left in a way that doesn’t scream fraud.

TSLA should have a 10%+ election reaction in either direction so plan for either case.

TLT looking for a mean reversion bounce soon, maybe the day after the election.

AAPL Buffett sold more shares so possibly some downside in the name especially if the market gets weak.

CVNA could be a large mover with the election. Good earnings report gapped it up and it’s had a small mean reversion. Should have range either way and is in play.

GLD possibly spike into election night and then fade back down for mean reversion.

MSTR should be a big mover off the election with BTC as a guide for which way.
